We just wanted to take this opportunity to express our thanks and happiness at our fantastic new ashlar slate concrete driveway. Your team of workers are true craftsmen; they have totally transformed our driveway and the exterior of our home as a result of their wonderful work.
The work was only completed today, but already many of our neighbours and people passing by our house have commented on the attractiveness and quality of the work on our driveway. Also all of the brickwork, windows /frames, front door and garage door etc. were cleaned immaculately so that I had no extra work or cleaning up to do or worry about.
We are extremely pleased with the service and work completed. Your workmen provided us with reassurance and kept us informed during each stage of the project. This was so important to us having had a previous bad experience with another firm.
One of the reasons I am so impressed with them is because there was a point where it literally poured with rain at a crucial point just after the concrete was ready for printing, however, your workmen still remained calm, positive, worked around the problem and still produced a work of art.
They also conducted themselves in a very professional way, and were always polite and cheerful. Our neighbours have also commended on their politeness and consideration whilst they were conducting the work at our house.
Please say a special thanks to all concerned, an also to Ryan, who gave me advice over the telephone during my initial contact to the company, and provided reassurance that a professional job would be completed.
